David knows what he is doing. He has gone above and beyond with our 5 month old Indy. Raising two boys along with a new puppy was chaos every day! He has come in to save the day! We are forever grateful for him and his expertise. He has taught us along with our sweet energetic puppy ! I couldn’t reccomend him more !

David is a dog whisperer. He has such a calm presence and the dogs respond to that. I have three dogs. A dachshund, a jack russell mix and a golden retriever. My golden retriever is six months old and came from a rescue situation. He has anxiety and David is helping educate me on how to train him. He is very patient with Denver and always encouraging with me. I am seeing progress each day and if I run into a snag, David provides guidance and support. My two little dogs are barkers and I’ve never required them to have manners. David has taught me how to work with them and honestly it’s been so much easier than I expected. He’s shown me that I can have people enter my home without the little dogs going crazy! I would recommend David to anyone wanting to train their dog. I have used other trainers in the past and David is superior to anyone I’ve used. He is patient, kind and well educated in all things dog related. He is a natural with dogs!

Pragmatik Canines David is amazing!! He is educating our 5 month old Golden Retriever & 7 month old mini labradoodle he is teaching the girls proper etiquette: how to sit, stay walk properly on a leash. How to react or actually not react to outside influences. They are learning how and when to cross boundaries. David (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He communicates well and is even training the humans. I cannot say enough wonderful things about David and Pragmatik Canines. I highly recommend.

We were given a mini schnauzer whose owner had passed away. He is a beautiful sweet dog but he was never socialized. At 7 years old it was going to be tough. He didn’t know how to ride in a car, showed aggression towards other dogs and some people, and didn’t listen to us half or more of the time. He was a real bonehead! We could have given him back but when he is good, he’s just a sweetheart! So we looked for a trainer to help us get him to stop the bad behaviors. We found David at Pragmatic Canines. You don’t just hire a dog trainer, you hire someone that can also help you with how you are relating to your pup and what changes you can make to get the behavior you want. David was great! He showed us how to get Mr. Boneheads (not his real name) attention and what to do with it once we got it. He provided us with the skills to train him without sabotaging our efforts by giving in! And lo and behold… he is a different dog now! David let us know that consistency over time will change the behavior. Doesn’t all happen overnight. We’ve got the skills now to teach the dog. Buddy is so much better now then when we got him. It was well worth the time and money to have a dog we can take anywhere. Needless to say, we Highly recommend David at Pragmatik Canines. Pragmatik did a fantastic job with our young and willful puppy. He's become far better at walking on a slack leash, better at recall, and gets all kinds of compliments on his manners sitting with us at outdoor dining.
